Car Key Supply for US Locksmiths: Domestic Dispatch From Florida
Wholesale car keys and fobs for US locksmiths, shipped from the Florida warehouse in USD with no customs

US locksmiths can buy car keys, remotes and smart keys wholesale from Car Key Source with orders shipped from the Florida warehouse in US dollars, with no customs, duty or brokerage. In-stock orders placed by 4 PM ET (Mon–Fri) leave the warehouse the same business day; standard transit is 3–5 business days and expedited is 1–2 business days, counted from dispatch and not guaranteed. Free freight applies over $250 USD on list prices, and trade pricing is unlocked with an approved wholesale account, with most applications approved instantly at /apply.
Where US orders ship from
US orders ship from our Florida warehouse; Canadian orders ship from Ontario. Nothing crosses the border, so there is no customs, duty or brokerage for the buyer, and a US account is invoiced in USD. That is worth stating plainly because Car Key Source also serves Canada, and a US locksmith reading a Canadian page might assume the stock sits north of the border. It does not. A US order is a domestic parcel from Florida.
Typical delivery areas for the Florida stock are Florida itself, Georgia, Texas, the Carolinas and the Southeast generally, simply because that is where a Florida dispatch point is closest to. Every US state is served; no state is promised a transit time. Standard is 3–5 business days from dispatch and expedited is 1–2 business days from dispatch, and neither is guaranteed because the carrier controls the last mile.

How US accounts are verified
Most US states do not license locksmiths, and Florida repealed its licences in July 2025, so accounts are verified on the business itself: a licence where the state issues one, or a listing, website or resale certificate where it does not. In practice that means:
- A state that licenses locksmiths (a minority of states): the licence number is the simplest document.
- A state that does not, which is most of them, Florida now included: a business listing, a company website, a resale or sales-tax certificate, or a supplier reference all work.
- Mobile-only operators with no shop: the same documents apply; a listing or a resale certificate is enough.
Apply at /apply. Most applications are approved instantly, and trade pricing shows in USD once the account is live. The account guide covers what suppliers generally check and why.
What US locksmiths typically stock
The deepest makes in the catalog are Ford, Chevrolet and GMC, Toyota, Honda, Nissan, Hyundai and Kia, and the Stellantis brands. The table below is a working shelf for a Southeastern van: F-Series and Silverado for the truck work, Camry, Corolla, Accord and Civic for the sedan work, RAV4 and CR-V for the crossover work, plus the Jeep and Ram fobs that are common across the Southeast and Texas. All rows are in-stock parts with the FCC ID for matching; aftermarket unless marked genuine OEM.
Make pages: /keys/ford, /keys/chevrolet, /keys/toyota, /keys/honda; the rest follow the same path under /keys. Genuine OEM rows, including the Toyota and Honda ones above and the Acura, Mazda and Hyundai OEM fobs, are gathered at /oem.
Lishi, Xhorse, Lonsdor, KEYDIY and Autel from Florida stock
Tools and universal remotes ship from the same Florida stock on the same account and count toward the $250 USD free-freight line. The hub is /universal.
- Original Lishi at /tools/lishi: HU198 for 2017+ Ford, HU100 and B111 for GM, TOY48 and TOY43AT for Toyota, HON66 for Honda and Acura, NSN14 for Nissan and Infiniti, HU66 for VW and Audi, HU92 for BMW and MINI. The Lishi guide covers keyway selection.
- Xhorse at /universal/xhorse: XM38 smart keys in Ford, Chrysler, Jeep, Toyota TOY-T, VW and Porsche styles, the GM-style XNBU01EN wireless flip, XK wired remotes, XT57B super chips in singles and bundles, and the VVDI Key Tool Max Pro.
- Lonsdor at /universal/lonsdor: LT20 boards for Toyota, Lexus and Subaru, generated on the KW100.
- KEYDIY at /universal/keydiy: ZB smart keys, NB and B series remotes, ID4C/4D, ID48 and ID8A cloning chips, and the KD-MAX.

Sizing a US restock
Free freight is over $250 USD on list prices and the volume ladder is 5–9 units −5%, 10–24 −10%, 25+ −15%. With standard transit at 3–5 business days from dispatch, a Southeastern shop can run a weekly consolidated order and still have room for an expedited single part when a customer is waiting. Texas and the West are further from Florida, so the same weekly rhythm applies there with a little more margin built in. The stocking guide covers how to size the shelf by make, and anything the shelf does not cover goes to the trade desk as a sourcing request.

Send the year, make, model and the FCC ID or part number from the old fob through /contact, or a photo through /scan. The trade desk cross-references it and quotes if it can be sourced.
