Domestic U.S. shipping — no customs, no brokerage, no duties.
Same-day dispatch
In-stock orders placed by 4 PM ET (Mon–Fri) leave the warehouse the same business day, with tracking on every shipment. Orders placed after the cutoff, or on a weekend, leave the next business day — transit times below are counted from there.
US shipping
Tracked ground to all 50 states, 3–5 business days in transit. Expedited is 1–2 business days when a job can't wait.
Canada, shipped domestically
Canadian orders ship domestically — no customs holds, no brokerage fees, no surprise charges at the door. Standard runs 4–8 business days in transit; expedited is 1–2.

Lithium-battery compliance
Most key fobs contain lithium cells. We ship all battery-containing items in line with carrier dangerous-goods rules — properly declared, labeled and packaged to meet IATA/DOT requirements. Some destinations or transport modes may carry additional handling time or restrictions; we'll flag anything that affects your order.
Returns, terms & privacy

Trade-friendly returns on unused, unprogrammed items in original packaging within 30 days. Request an RMA number from the trade desk before sending anything back so we can route and credit it quickly.
Defective or dead-on-arrival fobs are replaced at no cost. Programmed, cut, or special-order items are non-returnable unless faulty. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
