• Account & application information: business name, contact name, email, phone, region, business type, licensing details, and team members you invite — used to verify your trade account.
• Order information: the products you buy, order history, shipping address, and communications with our trade desk.
• Payment information: card and billing details are collected and processed by our payment provider (Stripe/its processors). We do not store full card numbers on our systems.
• Usage & device information: pages viewed, searches, approximate location (from IP), browser and device details, and interactions — collected through cookies and similar technologies.
• Application form progress: which step of the trade application you reached, which fields you completed, how long each step took, and whether a document upload succeeded — so we can find and fix the parts of the form that fail people. We record field NAMES and timings only; we do not record what you type, and we never store the contents or file names of documents you upload.

2. How we use information

• To verify trade eligibility and create, secure, and manage your account.
• To process, fulfill, and ship orders, and to provide support and service communications.
• To operate, maintain, and improve the site, catalog, search, and pricing experience.
• To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues.
• To measure and improve our marketing and, where permitted, show relevant advertising.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

3. Cookies & advertising technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies for essential site functionality (such as keeping you signed in and remembering your cart and region), analytics, and advertising. CAR KEY SOURCE INC. Messaging Terms and Conditions

1. The messaging program consists of general conversational messaging to answer questions and provide support to customers.
2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text 'STOP' to the phone number from which you received messages. After you send the SMS message 'STOP' to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
3. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at info@carkeysource.com.
4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency will vary based on communication needs. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
