The FCC IDs Locksmiths Look Up Most (and What They Fit)

N5F-A08TBLP, OUC60270, HYQ14FBA, KR5V1X and nine more: vehicles, buttons, frequency, chip and part numbers

Car Key Source Trade DeskSeptember 12, 2026 8 min read
Key fob FCC ID label close-up

The FCC IDs locksmiths look up most on Car Key Source are, in order, N5F-A08TBLP (2023 Ford F-Series flip keys), OUC60270 (2006–2016 GM keyless entry remotes), HYQ14FBA (2012–2020 Toyota and 2013–2019 Lexus smart keys), KR5V1X (2014–2017 Honda Odyssey smart keys), HYQ12BBY (2015–2017 Camry remote head key), OUC6000022 (2005–2012 Ford truck remote head key), OHT01060512 (2010–2020 GM PEPS flip key), M3N-40821302 (2011–2022 Chrysler, Dodge and Jeep smart keys), IYZFBSB802 (2007–2016 Audi smart keys), CWTWB1U793 (a Ford code that cross-references OUC6000022), HYQ12BDM (2012–2018 Toyota Camry and RAV4 remote head keys), M3N5WY8609 (2011–2019 Ford and Lincoln PEPS keys) and HYQ1EA (2015–2021 GM full-size truck and SUV smart keys). Every one of them is stocked and has its own page under /fcc. Each block below gives the vehicles, buttons, frequency, chip and part numbers exactly as listed in the catalog, so you can match a customer's fob before you order.

How to use this list

An FCC ID identifies a radio design, not a single part. The same ID can cover three-, four- and five-button versions, several board revisions and more than one make. That is why each block below shows the part number and, where the catalog lists it, the board number. Match the FCC ID first, then the button count, then the part number or board. If you are still not sure how to read the label, see how to find the FCC ID on a key fob.

Every product here is an aftermarket (AM) unit unless the row says genuine OEM. Trade pricing is unlocked with an approved wholesale account — most applications are approved instantly (apply here).

N5F-A08TBLP — 2023 Ford F-Series flip keys

The single most-searched code on the site. Two versions are stocked, both 434 MHz, both PCF7945F / HITAG PRO / 49 chip:

ButtonsFitsPart numberProduct
32023 F-250, F-350, F-450, F-5505945864 (164-R8334)3-button flip key
42023 F-150, F-2505945868 (164-R8337)4-button flip key

Note the frequency: 434 MHz, not the 315 MHz of the older N5F-A08TAA flip key. Do not substitute one for the other. FCC page: /fcc/n5f-a08tblp.

OUC60270 — 2006–2016 GM keyless entry remotes

A plain remote (no chip, no blade) that GM used across Buick, Cadillac, Chevrolet and GMC for a decade. All versions are 315 MHz and cross-reference OUC60221. Four layouts are stocked:

ButtonsFitsPart numbersProduct
4Lucerne, DTS, Equinox, Impala, Monte Carlo, Jimmy, Safari5922032, 22952177, 20935330, 159128594-button
5Lucerne, DTS, Equinox, Impala, Monte Carlo5922377, 22756459, 15857839, 159134155-button

6Escalade, Suburban, Tahoe, Yukon15913427, 20869057, 22951510, 227564626-button SUV

The 6-button SUV remote is the one most often confused with the sedan remotes — same FCC ID, different shell and part number. FCC page: /fcc/ouc60270.

HYQ14FBA — Toyota and Lexus smart keys, 2012–2020

HYQ14FBA is the "G board 0020" / "AG board" generation of Toyota smart key. All stocked versions are 4-button, 315 MHz, and the catalog lists them as 8A chip where the chip is given.

BoardFitsPart numbersProduct
G 00202012–2020 Camry, Avalon, Corolla89904-06140Camry/Avalon/Corolla
G 00202013–2020 RAV4, Highlander, Sequoia89904-42070, 89904-0R080RAV4/Highlander/Sequoia
AG 21102014–2020 Highlander, Kluger89904-0E121Highlander 2110

AG2013–2019 Lexus ES300h, IS, RC89904-53651Lexus IS/RC

The board number matters more than the FCC ID on Toyota — a 0020 board will not stand in for a 2110. The full family is covered in Toyota HYQ14 smart keys explained. FCC page: /fcc/hyq14fba.

KR5V1X — 2014–2017 Honda Odyssey smart keys

Two versions, both 314 MHz: a 5-button (PN 72147-TK8-A81, product) and a 6-button for EX-L and Touring trims (PN 72147-TK8-A51 / A2C83158300, NCF2952X HITAG 3 / 47 chip, product). The TK8 in the part number is the Odyssey model code — see Honda 72147 part numbers explained. FCC page: /fcc/kr5v1x.

HYQ12BBY — 2015–2017 Toyota Camry remote head key

A 4-button remote head key, 315 MHz, listed as 8A / H chip. Part numbers 89070-06650 and 89070-06440. This is the non-prox Camry key of that generation; the prox version is HYQ14FBA above. Product. FCC page: /fcc/hyq12bby.

OUC6000022 — 2005–2012 Ford truck remote head key

Despite the "OUC" prefix (which GM remotes also carry), this is a Ford code. The stocked key is a 4-button remote head key, 315 MHz, 4D-63+ DST80 chip, for 2005–2012 Expedition, Explorer, F-150 through F-750, plus Lincoln MKX and Navigator and the Mazda and Mercury equivalents. Part numbers 164-R8067 and 5912561; cross-references CWTWB1U793. Product. FCC page: /fcc/ouc6000022. Do not confuse it with OUCD6000022 (note the D), which is the 2006–2019 Ford car and Transit remote head key.

OHT01060512 — 2010–2020 GM PEPS flip key

A 5-button flip key with proximity (PEPS), 315 MHz, PCF7941E / HITAG 2 / 46 chip, for Buick Allure, Encore, LaCrosse, Regal, Verano and Chevrolet Camaro, Cruze, Equinox, Impala, Malibu, Sonic and GMC Terrain. Part numbers 13504199, 13574863, 5924369, 5912548, 5912556, 5913397; cross-references include 13504204, 13504259 and OHT05918179. Product. FCC page: /fcc/oht01060512.

M3N-40821302 — Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Fiat smart keys, 2011–2022

Three aftermarket rows and one genuine OEM row share this code. All are 433/434 MHz, 5-button unless noted:

  • 2011–2020 Chrysler 300, Dodge Challenger, Charger, Dart, Journey, Fiat Freemont — PN 5026676AH/AC, 46 chip. Product
  • 2014–2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee, Dodge Durango — PN 68143505AG, 46 chip. Product
  • 2017–2022 Jeep Compass, Trailhawk — PN 68250343AB, 68417823AB, 4A chip (HITAG AES). Product
  • Genuine OEM 4-button for 2011–2021 Charger, Challenger, Dart — PN 68051387AC. Product

The chip changed from 46 to 4A partway through the family, so match the part number, not just the FCC ID. FCC page: /fcc/m3n-40821302.

IYZFBSB802 — 2007–2016 Audi smart keys

Two 4-button, 315 MHz, 46-chip versions: 2007–2016 A4/S4, A5/S5, Q5, A6/S6, A7/S7, A8/S8 (PN 8T0959754G, 8T0959754B, 8K0959754B; product) and 2008–2012 A4, A5, Q5, S4, S5 (PN 8K0959754F; product). FCC page: /fcc/iyzfbsb802.

CWTWB1U793 — Ford, cross-reference of OUC6000022

CWTWB1U793 appears in the catalog as a second FCC ID on the OUC6000022 Ford remote head key above (4 buttons, 315 MHz, 4D-63+ DST80). If a customer reads CWTWB1U793 off a 2005–2012 F-Series or Explorer key, that is the product to pull. FCC page: /fcc/cwtwb1u793.

HYQ12BDM — Toyota Camry and RAV4 remote head keys

Two different keys share this code, and they take different chips:

  • 2012–2014 Camry, 4-button, 315 MHz, 4D-G chip, PN 89070-06420. Product
  • 2013–2018 RAV4, 4-button, 315 MHz, 8A H chip, PN 89070-42D40 / 89070-42830. Product

Confirm G or H chip against the vehicle before ordering. FCC page: /fcc/hyq12bdm.

M3N5WY8609 — 2011–2019 Ford and Lincoln PEPS smart keys

Both stocked versions are 315 MHz with a PCF7953A / HITAG 2 / 46 chip and share part numbers BT4T-15K601-HC, 164-R8092, 5921286, 5921288 and BA1T-15K601. Fits Edge, Escape, Expedition, Explorer, Flex, Focus, Taurus and Lincoln MKS, MKT, MKX, Navigator. Choose 5-button with remote start or 4-button. FCC page: /fcc/m3n5wy8609.

HYQ1EA — 2015–2021 GM full-size smart keys

Two rows, both NCF2951E / HITAG 2 / 46 chip: a 6-button for 2015–2021 Chevrolet Suburban and Tahoe (433 MHz, PN 13529633, 13508282, 13580806; product) and a 5-button for 2019–2020 GMC Sierra and Chevrolet Silverado (434 MHz, PN 13508398, 13529632, 13591396; product). The 315 MHz sibling for the same SUVs is HYQ1AA. See GM OUC and HYQ remotes explained. FCC page: /fcc/hyq1ea.

FAQ

Why does one FCC ID cover several different part numbers?

The FCC ID certifies the transmitter design, so a manufacturer reuses it across button layouts, trims and model years. The part number (and on Toyota, the board number) is what tells you which physical key fits.

Is the most-searched FCC ID also the most common key on the road?

No. Search volume reflects what locksmiths could not identify quickly, not fleet size. N5F-A08TBLP tops the list partly because it is new and looks like the older N5F-A08TAA but runs on 434 MHz instead of 315 MHz.

Can I program these aftermarket keys with a normal locksmith tool?

Yes for every code on this list; they are programmed the same way as the original. Which tool depends on make and year — see choosing a key programmer and the make-specific guides such as Ford and Toyota.

What if the code on my customer's fob is not in this list?

Type it into /fcc. If there is no page, the part is not stocked; submit a sourcing request through the trade desk with the FCC ID, part number and VIN.

Are any of these genuine OEM?

Only the M3N-40821302 Dodge 4-button (PN 68051387AC) in this list is genuine OEM. Everything else here is aftermarket. The genuine OEM range is listed at /oem.
