TOY43, TOY43AT and TOY43R are three different tools. This one is the 8-cut split wafer. The TOY43AT is expressly NOT compatible with 8-cut split-wafer locks — that sentence is the boundary between them.

What the TOY43 covers

Lock positions: Door and trunk. A separate TOY43 Ignition tool exists for when the door locks are damaged or the ignition has been changed.Stated by distributors; not published by the manufacturer. We have no reason to doubt it and we are not going to pretend it is more than it is.
Keyway & cuts: TOY43, flat 8-cut, split wafer. Tool works positions 1–8.
Vehicles / locks: Toyota Camry, Celica, RAV4, 4Runner, Supra, Sienna 1998–2003, Tundra 2000–2003, Sequoia 2001–2002, Prius 2001–2003 · Chevrolet Prizm 1993–2002. Model-year boundaries differ between the North American and European lists on Camry, Celica, RAV4 and Supra.
